Description

Join us for breakfast this Mental Health Awareness Week. 15 October 2026 | 8.30am to 10am | SBN event space

Let's be honest. Working in sustainability right now is hard and we all need a breather. The polycrisis isn't going anywhere. Climate goals are being wound back. And if you're someone who spends your days trying to help the world do better, you're probably carrying more than you let on.

We've been hearing this from our network lately, so for Mental Health Awareness Week, we're hosting a breakfast for connection and reflection whilst raising funds for the Mental Health Foundation along the way.

Facilitated by Dr Niki Harre, Petra Bagust and Ursula Griffen, it's an honest morning for people in the sector, with mindfulness, good coffee and a yummy breakfast. This is a great activity to get your sustainability team along to this Mental Health Awareness week.

Spaces are limited. Get your ticket now.

Tea, coffee and a delicious breakfast will be provided.

In the morning, she'll lead a mindfulness practice and explore how it can support you in your own work.
