Chenrezig Retreat 2026 with Ven Gyatso

5 Day Chenrezig Retreat -

With retreat leader Venerable Gyatso

About the Retreat

You are invited to attend our yearly retreat on 1000-Arm Chenrezig, the aspect of the mind of compassion of the Buddha.

This is a wonderful opportunity to awaken our own buddha nature, which is vast wisdom and deep compassion, so we can sincerely benefit others, without attachment.

This is a very gentle and peaceful practice suitable both for beginners and more experienced practitioners. The more peace and compassion we can generate, the more we benefit ourselves and others.

There are no particular requisites for attending the retreat other than a wish to generate a positive attitude to benefit others. It is useful to have attended introductory courses about the Lam and to have some understanding of the Three Principal Aspects of the Path.
