About the Retreat

Opening of the Heart with Great Compassion

A group meditation retreat led by Thubten Gyatso.

It won’t change the world, but it can change your world

if you can sit for a long time while tolerating Gyatso’s blah blah.

All welcome, but, be warned, it won't be easy!
