Child Car Seats & Restraints Workshop
Event description
Wentworth Shire Council is hosting FREE Child Car Seats & Restraints Workshops in April, allowing the community to gather key information about keeping their children safe while travelling in vehicles.
Topics will include:
- Second hand child car seats
- National laws
- Getting it right
- What we know about child car seats
- Accessories
- Fitting & safety checks

In addition to the workshops, Free Child Car Seat & Restraint Safety Checks are due to be held in the days following the workshops.
If you are interested in a free safety check, please indicate which session will be suitable. Road Safety Officer for Wentworth Shire Council, Barnaby Bates, will be in contact via email or phone (if provided) to confirm your Free Safety Check timeslot.
Note: Free Safety Checks are limited to 15 minutes per registration. Please be on time for your appointment as spaces will be limited.
