Event description

We know life is full of changes, and as parents, we often want to step in and support our kids after something big happens. But what if we could set them up with the tools they need to navigate those moments before they even happen? Join Anna as she shares insights on raising resilient kids who can adapt, cope, and thrive through life’s ups and downs. Together, let’s equip our children to face whatever comes their way with confidence and strength.

Anna is the director of Real Parents. She has a background in psychology and has a passion for children's wellbeing. Anna has worked across the wellbeing and resilience space for over 15 years, some of her work includes being the child and family advisor for the post-Christchurch earthquake All Right? campaign, as the original project lead of Sparklers, a trainer for the New Zealand Institute of Wellbeing & Resilience - NZIWR, a writer for Manahau, a parent coach, and a facilitator of the Incredible Years parenting programme.
