This class includes a tour! You do not need to register separately for the tour.
- Can I bring someone with me to class?
Yes! The class is built for the pregnant person and a support person (this can be anyone who will be supporting the pregnant person while they are in labor). We highly encourage everyone to bring a support person.
- Does my support person also need to pay for the class?
No. Each registration covers both the pregnant person and a support person.
- When should I take this class?
We recommend taking this class during your seventh or eighth month of pregnancy. We recommend that the final class session should occur roughly three weeks before your due date. Please note that these classes sometimes fill quickly, so we HIGHLY suggest registering early.
- Is this class offered online?

Scholarship options are available for those who need assistance. Please reach out to the CHEC team by calling or visiting our front desk.
