    Event description

Join us for an exciting morning at Harry Hartog Penrith, as Thomas Duncan-Watt stops by the store to talk about his debut children's book Seekers Of The Lost Cavern: Tomb Of The Zombie King. Thomas will also be drawing on his job as a screenwriter to host a creative writing workshop as part of this event. If you are looking for you kid's next junior fiction read, or a fun family friendly activity as kids learn all about the joys of creative writing and storytelling.

About The Book: It’s not easy being Davern Cavern. Everyone in his family is a super-smart, super-brave Explorer ... except for Davern. But when Davern’s world-famous dad mysteriously disappears, it’s up to Davern and his besties, Zara and Woop, to search where no-one else dares. Can Davern and his friends solve the mystery AND survive a zombie curse? And, most importantly, will there be enough brussels sprout sandwiches?!
