Event description

Our Children's Voices

Swan Communities for Children are excited to invite you to our first networking breakfast this year once again at the picturesque Mandoon Estate. It's with great pleasure we introduce special guest speaker Amanda Hunt from Save the Children's 54 Reasons.

As a core part of Save the Children Australia, 54 reasons exists to give a powerful voice to children in Australia, generate systemic change, and provide the high-quality services children need to fulfil their rights. With young people's voices at the centre of their work, 54 Reasons work with kids to change the system — making it better for all kids in Australia.

Amanda will explore the importance of working with partners to lift the conversation on child rights and the potential of child voice in systems-change. She will share ways of taking action and addressing feedback from children and young people – and facilitate ideas from the audience.

About Amanda Hunt
