Event description

Drop and leave workshop to help children wind down during school holidays, focusing on self care and wellness through open ended artistic expression and nature connection.

Ages 5+

Children will make and take home:

Plaster art on canvas
Painting
Clay creations
Floral art
Potted seedlings
A natural cosmetic or household product the children will make themselves

Nourishing snacks provided that the children will prepare together.

This workshop is intended to provide a space of calm and relaxation.

Children who struggle with overstimulation or overwhelm at other school holiday programs are welcome at this workshop.

Ecotherapy Early Years delivers programs for children, families and professionals that inspire, educate and support.

Created by Victoria Arcus, a Perth based early childhood educator, trainer and consultant.

Victoria holds a Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, a Certificate IV Training and Assessment, an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, Professional Certificates in Understanding and Assessing Childhood Trauma and is completing a Psychology degree. She also holds a Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance and senior first aid.
