CREATIVE LABS WORKSHOP: Kaleidoscope Craft for Children

Dive into a world of color and creativity with our Kaleidoscope Craft Extravaganza! In this fun and imaginative workshop, children will explore the magic of light and reflection by making their very own kaleidoscopes.

Workshop Highlights:

• Creative Construction: Kids will assemble their kaleidoscopes using a variety of materials, including colorful beads, shiny sequins, and reflective paper. They'll learn about the science behind how kaleidoscopes create beautiful patterns and designs.
• Artistic Expression: Once the kaleidoscopes are assembled, children will decorate them with vibrant stickers, markers, and glitter to make their creations truly unique.
• Interactive Learning: Through guided instruction and hands-on activities, kids will gain insights into basic optics and color theory, all while having fun with their peers.
• Take-Home Treasure: Each child will leave with their own handcrafted kaleidoscope, ready to dazzle with ever-changing patterns and colors!

Ages: 3-10 years

Materials Provided: All craft supplies, including tubes, mirrors, beads, sequins, stickers, and more.

What to Bring: Just your imagination and a smile!*

*an Adult chaperone is required for each child participant and must be included in registration

The workshop has a suggested donation amount that goes directly back to Creative Labs program to help fund materials and instructors; open to all but space is limited.
