Real Festival - Chilli Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop

Saturday 21st September

Chilli Kids Yoga & Mindfulness offers a range of practical movement activities and breathing exercises for children in a safe and controlled environment which encourages bodily autonomy and self-regulation. Through regular practice of self-regulation, children build on essential resilience life skills which can help with their focus, concentration, physical balance and self awareness.”

Session 1 - 12:00 - 1:00 pm : Instructor led yoga session with a "how to fly" balancing challenge. Ages 6-10, parents welcome to join. 

Session 2 - 1:00 - 2:00 pm : Instructor led yoga session " calm and relax". Ages 4-6,  parents welcome to join.

Session 3 - 2:00 - 3:00 pm Yoga games and activities- children are encouraged to try their hand at partner yoga poses and self-led poses, parents welcome to join.

Session 4 - 3:00 - 4:00 pm :  Quiet and calm wind down- yoga story time, self-regulation skills workshop, slow and steady instructor led yoga class to finish up. All ages and parents welcome, to join.

A parent or guardian must be present for the duration of the workshop.

We expect Real Festival workshops to sell out. To avoid forfeiting tickets to a waitlist, please check-in at the workshop 10 min prior the starting time.
