Welcome to Gold Coast's First Chocolate Groove Dance Party!

“For tens of thousands of years, “ecstatic dance,” which produces an altered state of mind, has been a popular spiritual movement. Cave paintings from 40,000 years ago depict groups of people dancing wildly. “Ecstatic Dance” as a movement is now growing quickly in around the as a natural way of connecting aligning our heart , mind, body and soul.

When you pair Ecstatic Dance with the heart opening & activating medicine of Chocolate you raise your vibration, gain energy and experience a euphoric natural high.

Susan Vu - Embodiment Coach will be offering guided sitting Kundalini Yoga, connection activities and guided authentic expression practice to support you to drop into your own free flow straight from your soul. We will collectively creating a safe sacred environment for you to let go and make new connections whether it's with parts of yourself or others.

Together we will journey into our hearts and surrender into the glowing radiance of our Bliss through the dance!!

At this dance , you are more than welcome to make sound and release as you need to, as long as it's not directed at another person. Healing often naturally occurs when you give your body the space and time to express itself fully.

5:30PM - Opening Cacao Ceremony, Sitting Kundalini Yoga, Connection Activities & Authentic Expression Guided Practice

6:15 - 7.30pm : Free Flow Dance

7.30pm - Closing Ceremony with Crystal Singing Bowls , Holy Prayer and Relaxation Meditation by Susan Vu.

8.00pm - Tea and Snacks
