Do you love to dance but don’t enjoy the pub or club culture anymore?

Are you going through your days tending to everyone else’s needs or demands and then feel too exhausted to have some time for yourself?

Or perhaps you’re committed to keep building your foundation of consciousness and self awareness?

Choose You Tuesdays is a new conscious dance offering North of the River, where each month you can gift yourself the space to slow down and just ‘BE’ with what’s alive and present. No set moves, no expectations, no pressure, and no experience necessary.

With gentle guidance and the support of a soulfully curated playlist, you are encouraged to move and express yourself in a way that feels nourishing and true. Finding inspiration from the Open Floor International map, each session you are invited to play with one of ten core movement resources, somatically exploring what lives within the body and possibly discovering aspects of it's innate intelligence, empowering you to feel more embodied and live more authentically.

Or just show up and dance, and maybe even have some fun.

Please no shoes, no talking and no phones on the dance floor and please refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne.
