CHOW CHOW DISCO

FLUX STATE

LEVOS (DJ SET)

LIMITED CAPACITY. SYDNEY PENTHOUSE ROOFTOP CONCERT

MUSIC FROM SUNSET.

CHOW CHOW DISCO
Berlin-based duo Chow Chow Disco bring their surreal brand of funk, disco, and theatrical storytelling to Australia this January. Led by Spanish vocalist Sara Vidal Cabré and German producer/guitarist Jarrah Dhyan, their live experience blurs the line between concert and fever dream. Under a storm of mirrorball light, two figures appear — half real, half reflection. Chow Chow Disco takes form: disco and funk colliding with surreal storytelling, reflecting our world while opening a portal to another. Sequins flash, bass pumps through velvet air. Freedom looks a little unhinged — honest, electric, alive.

LEVOS
With sets as eclectic as they are explosive, LEVOS blends disco, Brazilian, and afrobeat with high-octane garage and bass. The solo project of Adelaide-born, Sydney-based producer/DJ Anton Levings, he releases music and runs events through his label CG Discs. A driving force in Sydney’s underground, his performances move from rare afrobeat and samba cuts to peak-time bass. Recent highlights include Terra Kontra x N2K Pavilion in Hungary, Dragon Dreaming Festival, and sets alongside Mark N, Papa Nugs (UK), and Denham Audio (UK).

FLUX STATE
Blending sequenced electronics with live improvisation, Flux State make experimental music that moves the body. The Eora/Sydney-based group — Jack Rosenzweig, Cairn Peterson, Thomas Levings, and Anton Levings — merge live band energy with electronic freedom to create fluid, dance-driven sets. A product of Sydney’s Jazz Doof scene, their sound is a rich mix of introspective jazz and lush, emotive electronics.
