A guided tour behind the fences and into the heart of Christ Church Cathedral.
The literal and figurative heart of Christchurch, the Cathedral has been in accessible since 2011. With construction paused, take the opportunity to visit and experience the neo-gothic architecture from inside the nave, learn about its history and be reminded of its stories and why it's important for Christchurch. Join us for this opportunity to see the Cathedral Reinstatement Project firsthand and work completed to date.
Tickets are strictly limited to 50 per tour (with a waitlist subject to demand). You will be entering a construction site so PPE (high viz and safety helmet) will be provided, please wear covered sturdy shoes. As a health and safety requirement, you must be able to walk on site unaided and be 12 years or older.
Choose your time slot and arrive promptly, meet at Chalice on the south side of Cathedral Square
