Training locations: We will contact you for where the training will take place with the locations varying from South Hagley Park, the Port Hills, and Nga Puna Wai Athletics Track.

To assist you in achieving your goals at your chosen 2025 Christchurch Marathon Event, we offer:

• A one on one goal setting phone call with Don Greig, to assess current fitness, focus and support, to set realistic and achievable race goals tailored to your current fitness level.

• A 12- week personalised training plan delivered in manageable blocks that allows flexibility and adjustment to maximise success.

• The DGRS Experience. On-call coaching, structured training sessions, a group long run, we have it covered. The DGRS training environment is built on tremendous support for all. We have many like-minded people who you will have the opportunity to run with, who share similar goals, who can offer advice if required, and to have fun with.

• Injury prevention tips.

Nutrition tips for both in training and race day.

• Pacers on race day. The DGRS will have a host of pacers out on the road come race day, covering all the major times. You won’t be alone!

• Those that register will also receive a complimentary gift as a reminder of their experience.
