 Australian Local seafood platter ft. Lobster, Oysters, tiger prawns, kingfish crudo,
smoked salmon blinis, pickled octopus. Served with traditional accompaniments ( VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN platters available)

SHARED LARGE PLATES ( CHOICE OF TWO)

 Roast Turkey, sage and onion stuffing

OR

 Maple and wholegrain mustard glazed ham

OR

 Beetroot wellington, vegetarian stuffing, vegetarian gravy

SHARED SIDES

 Duck fat roast potatoes
 Honey, orange and star anise glazed carrots
 Braised red cabbage with apple
 Buttered green beans
 Pigs in blankets 

 SHARED DESSERTS
 Summer fruits pavlova, Chantilly cream
 Christmas pudding, brandy sauce, vanilla gelato
 Mango sorbet, passionfruit, kaffir lime

First release tickets are $175pp (12 years and older) for those that get in early and have the opportunity to spoil themselves around there loved ones.
