This Christmas in July, we’re trading sleigh bells for shaker tins with a special Gin Cocktail Making Class, hosted by the spirited crew from Next Door Cocktail Bar and Prohibition Liquor Co.

Get hands-on with the bar team as you're guided through the art of stirring, shaking and muddling two festive cocktails, each crafted with Prohibition’s small-batch, limited-release Christmas Gin. Along the way, you’ll learn the techniques that balance flavours, enhance aromatics, and make these merry creations sing.
