Christmas in July Train

Thursday 29th June to Sunday 2nd July 2023 to Bundanoon

The Rail Motor Society and Port Bus invites you to join us for a Christmas in July Weekend to Bundanoon all aboard 621/721.

Day One:

Pick-ups commence by 13:00. A comfort stop at Buladelah before checking into Mecure Maitland Monte Pio. Tonight, our 2-course dinner is on site.

Day Two:

After breakfast we board the 621 or 721 at Paterson Station. Departing at approximately at 07:00. The Bundanoon Hotel and the Bundanoon Motel will be our home away from home for the next two nights.

Day Three:

After breakfast we board the coach for a day of touring visiting various places of interest, Bradman Museum, local shopping in Berrima, lunch at Eling Winery, visit Fitzroy Falls before returning to our accommodation. Tonight, we enjoy a Christmas themed dinner.

Day Four:

After breakfast we have time to explore Bundanoon Makers Markets. Departing Bundanoon Station by 11:00 (ish). Arriving at Paterson Station around 18:30 (ish). The coach will meet us there and we will make our way home. Drop offs commence by 21:00.

Refund policy

4. Cancellations Day tours including Mystery Tours can be cancelled at any time calling our office. Day tours cancelled more than 48 hours prior to departure can be refunded in full or transferred to another day tour without penalty. Day tours cancelled within 48 hours will not be refunded but transfers to another tour are allowed. Any difference in price will need to be calculated and paid by you. If the transferred tour cost is lower no refund of difference is allowed. Multi day Tours can be cancelled at any time in writing to tours@portbus.com.au or by visiting our office in person. Cancellations outside 21 days prior to departure will forfeit deposit in full. Cancellations inside 14 days the full amounts paid can be transferred to another date of travel or tour where possible. Cancellations inside 7 days will forfeit tour amount. Interstate Tours can be cancelled at any time in writing to tours@portbus.com.au or by visiting our office in person. Cancellations outside 40 days prior to departure will forfeit deposit in full. Cancellations inside 40 days will forfeit tour amount. Cancellations by Port Bus travel club All tours are required to meet a minimum amount of paying passengers for the tour to operate. Where a tour does not meet minimum passenger numbers Port Bus may enact the following procedures: a) Cancel the tour and return all deposits and monies without penalty b) Confirm the tour with the number of paid passengers booked c) Confirm the tour with a minimum passenger number surcharge to operate the tour economically. Cancellations by Port Bus for other reasons: Where Port Bus tours cancel a tour for any other reason than a full refund of all monies will be refunded.
