Christmas Lunch Buffet at Tesoro Hobart - 2024

Gather the famiglia for a sumptuous Christmas lunch package at Tesoro Hobart. This delizioso menu puts an Italian spin on the traditional Christmas Day menu, featuring Italian flavours and Australian seafood for the perfect festive summer meal. Begin your meal with a buffet spread of smoked salmon, kingfish crudo, chilled poached prawns, Tasmanian cheese, Christmas ham, sliced turkey and more.

Then it's time to feast family-style with dishes served to your table. Start with Tesoro's famous garlic and rosemary focaccia and Tasmanian oysters, then indulge in spinach and ricotta stuffed crepes. But that's not all, keep some space for beautiful local Wild Clover lamb, slow roasted with rosemary, fennel and orange, served with fennel puree, duck fat potatoes and jus.

And of course, it's not Christmas without dessert. Enjoy Struffoli, a classic Italian dessert comprising of sweet and sticky honey balls plated to share, then each guest can enjoy their own lemon & honey semifreddo with Tasmanian berries.

Little guests will also have their own Christmas Kids Menu to choose from, with their own hot dish, dessert and ice cream.
