Christmas Party for Solopreneurs (just a fancy word for self-employed!)
Event description
It’s that time of the year again. Christmas is coming and everyone is busy going to their office Christmas parties, swapping Secret Santa presents and playing silly Christmas games with their workmates.
I always get a little bit of FOMO this time of the year. Being self-employed means no big office do, no endless snacks, and no work Christmas party. But why should we miss out? We work hard, we’re our own bosses, and I say we deserve to celebrate with a big party too!
So, if you’re a solopreneur (a.k.a. self employed, like me), lets get together for a Christmas party of our own! We’ll have an afternoon of holiday fun with tie spent with some of my beautiful horses, fun games, limitless snacks, Secret Santa and great food at the end of the day for those who want to stick around.
Details:
When: Friday, 6 December from 1 pm to 4.30 pm (or a bit longer if you fancy staying for food & drinks).
Where: 299 Takarau Gorge Road, Ohariu Valley, Wellington
What’s Included:
- Fun and grounding activities with the horses to help us relax and celebrate in a unique way.
- Some silly games to get us laughing and in the festive spirit.
- And finally, unlimited snacks, non-alcoholic drinks and some lovely food at the end of the day
What you need to bring:
- A (fun) secret Santa gift that costs between (between $10-$20)
- Clothes that suit the weather + closed toed shoes (you don’t want the horses to step on your toes. It hurts!)
- BYO alcohol if you want some drinks
Cost:
$95
Come alone or bring a fellow self-employed friend, and let’s celebrate all the hard work we’ve done this year with a Christmas party just for us!
