Featuring special arrangements for jazz septet of all your Christmas favourites, and emerging star singer Kaitlyn Chester. As a lover of jazz and Christmas music, Max has curated 2 sets of classic holiday standards with lesser-known yuletide swingers. The most wonderful time of the year is upon us and what better way is there to spend it than with friends and family. Max Irvin:

Simon Hatton Jazz Saxophone Bursary recipient Max Irvin realised his passion for jazz saxophone upon listening to the soulful tones of legendary alto sax player Julian “Cannonball” Adderley, aged 14. Hailed as having an “energy and commitment to the music” by D’Addario Australia artist James Sandon, he has become a curious and ardent student of jazz, constantly honing his craft whilst completing a Bachelor of Music at the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University. Max is a well-rounded musician with influence from local Australian artists such as James Sandon and Jeffrey Reid, as well as a variety of musical greats including John Coltrane, Chris Potter, Wayne Shorter, and Jimi Hendrix.
