Come and join me in this wonderful, deeply relaxing experience.
Restorative Yin Yoga, to bring deep ease to your body
Yoga Nidra to calm your mind
Warming Chai to soothe your soul
We will start by gently releasing tension from our bodies as we move through a gentle, restorative, yin yoga class, suitable for any level, no previous experience required.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga consists of long, slow postures that work deep into the body, to ease stiffness and tension.
It is suitable for absolutely any body type... no matter your age/size/level of stiffness or fitness etc.
We'll then enjoy a beautifully restful 'Yoga Nidra' guided meditation.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra means 'yogic sleep', it is a very simple, 30 minute guided, relaxation, which is practised whilst lying down comfortably on your mat. It is one of the most popular yoga relaxation techniques, because it induces a really deep, relaxing, state of rest. It is effortless, enjoyable, soothing and restorative.
We'll end the experience with a delicious home made chai, prepared using an authentic, traditional recipe, handed down to me by my teacher and to her from her teacher before that... a lovely 'hug in a mug'. (vegan, non-dairy)
This event is the ultimate 'press pause' treat to yourself, perfect for anyone feeling the physical or mental effects of our busy day to day lives.
You'll float all the way home feeling truly relaxed and restored.
