Let’s move our body together while we support the community !

This is an invitation for a yoga lesson where all the profits goes to the Christmas Fundraising supporting the New Plymouth community.

We know Christmas can be really hard for some family so this is a wonderful opportunity to help those in need while we look after ourselves by exercising.

The yoga is lead by amazing Caty from Austria 💖

🧘Caty’s yoga is dynamic Vinyasa practice with variations for all levels.

📍🧭The venue will be held at Escape Coffee Roasters in the room above the cafe on the 17th of December at 6 pm.

💧Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
