This Mass, we ascend to Mount Olympus, but not the one you read about in school.

The divine is dripping. The altars are oiled. The nectar is thick.

DιRTY OLYMPUS invites you into a realm where myth meets ErΦs and kιΠk, and power is play.

We channel goddexxes of thunder, mischief, war, wine, lʊsτ, and transformation.

We revel in rituals of erΦs and ecsταsy.

We flirt with fate. We get struck by lightning. We ride the damΠ centaur.

🌙 Dress code: Come clad like you’ve just descended from the clouds, or clawed your way out of Tartarus. Think Golden gods & leather-clad goddexxes, Snakes, grapes, wings, crowns, claws, flowing robes... Anything that makes you feel divine and delicious

What to Expect at the C.O.S The Coven Mass?

🖤 A sacred initiation ritual to welcome you into our Dιrty Olympus. This ritual is performed for entertainment purposes, and, as with everything at C.O.S, there is absolutely no obligation to participate. You are welcome to simply witness. For some, this is pure entertainment, while others may choose to attach a deeper meaning to it. What meaning you assign to this initiation is entirely up to you and is not prescribed.

⏰Time: 6pm - 12am - Lock out at 7pm, make sure you get to the door beforehand. We're closing the doors to make sure everyone is there when the agreements shared in the space are made. Once you have signed in, you're welcome to come and go as you'd like throughout the evening.

C.O.S is a space of reclamation for the SLTs, the witches, and the outcasts.

Here, we resist oppression in all its forms: sexual shame, body shame, and all other types of shame.

This is a space to foster community around shared values of shame resilience, anti-oppression and s-εx positivity.

At C.O.S, all bodies, genders, sexualities, and identity expressions are welcome and celebrated.

We strive to make this space inclusive and accessible to all, ensuring that physical, economic, and social barriers do not hinder participation. People of all body abilities and neurodiversity are embraced and valued here.

Consent:

At C.O.S, Consent is paramount. Nudιty is not permission to touch. Seek Verbal Enthusiastic Consent before engaging with others. Any behaviour that violates consent will not be tolerated. Any breach of consent at the event will result in the participant being asked to leave the premises immediately. Respect and safety are our top priorities.

Photography and Videos:

An official photographer will be taking photos or videos throughout the night, they will not take any photos clearly featuring participants without their consent. Please do not take any picture of performers or participants unless you have their explicit consent.

Mingling time

There will be music from 6pm and our bar where you'll be able to get refreshments from opening. Come have a boogie and mingle with fellow SLTs <3

Supported Tickets

We donate a fixed amount of free tickets to people in financial difficulties. Send us an email at thevelvetlilith@gmail.com to apply at least 7 days prior to the event. First Nations People will be prioritised for these tickets.

C.O.S acknowledges the Traditional custodians of the land in which we work, live and play. This event will be taking place on stolen land. We pay our respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past and present. We acknowledge that Aboriginal sovereignty has not been ceded and that we need a treaty.
