Churches: New and sustainable funding streams and proactively serving our communities

Join us on Thursday 1 October for a free in-person workshop with Steven Moe from Parry Field Lawyers where we will learn about (and discuss):

• Traditional approaches to community need and the ‘Oliver Twist’ mindset in Churches.

• How to use impact investing and business concepts to gain funding to advance the work a Church does in the community.

• What are the key complexities in setting up such a legal structure, governance requirements, and dos and don’ts.

This workshop is kindly hosted by St MJ’s Church Riccarton-Spreydon Parish.
