This nurturing three-hour workshop weaves together Fascia Restoring Yoga, Tao Healing Breathwork and tapping into the inner channel for a Soul Language activation ~offering an opportunity to deepen your inner connection and listening, restore balance within the body and energy field, and reconnect with the wisdom and light of your soul in a practical way!

You will be guided through:

Fascia Restoring Yoga (Fascia Flossing)
A gentle movement practice to support the release and re-organisation of your fascial network, targeting areas of tension and fluid congestion. This practice supports greater mobility, body awareness and the fascia's relationship with lymphatic health.

Cacao Circle
A sacred pause & heart-opening ritual to slow down and gently access your heart space, intuition and inner wisdom.

Tao Healing Breathwork
A specialised breathwork practice designed to support subtle-body clearing, to release negative information and patterns held within your vibrational field. Based on an ancient Taoist technique and combined with Tao Light healing technology.

Mantra Medicine

Tapping into your Qi Channel (inner Energy Channel) with healing sounds and activating your soul's unique language ~ your personal sound healing codes.

Lovingly offered as a gentle pathway back to balance and wholeness. Intended for you to come away feeling grounded, refreshed and renewed — with practical tools to continue nurturing your wellbeing beyond the workshop.
