Contact Improvisation 6 Week Deep Dive

This 6 week series (5 sessions, plus 1 week off) is intended to unlock pathways which, once integrated, will give you more options and chances at “flow”.

When we commit to a series, and work consistently together over 5 sessions, we develop and integrate skills efficiently.

Skills relevant to different scenarios and postures will be learned and trained, along with transitional work, so that improvised flows combining these pathways become available.

We will meet:

Saturdays from 4pm-6pm at St Martin's Church Hall, Mullumbimby, on the weekends of:
October 10th
October 17th
October 24th WEEK OFF
October 31st
November 7th
November 14th
