Melanie has been part of Westpac for 7 years. She leads a team of 20 across customer experience and product within the Business Lending division. This includes accountability for the start up and scale up propositions. Before corporate life Melanie spent over a decade in advertising agencies in London, Amsterdam and Sydney partnering with clients (PlayStation, Samsung, Big W, Arnott's, Toyota) to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
