About your host Camilla Humphries

Camilla Humphries is an Agricultural Science Master’s graduate from the University of Melbourne and is now a Horticultural Consultant and Cider Maker. In 2020 Camilla was a awarded a Churchill Fellowship to investigate cider markets, production and orchard systems in the UK, France, Spain, the United States and New Zealand with the aim to grow the Australian Craft Cider Industry using 100% Australian Grown Fruit. Camilla’s cider, which was awarded a bronze medal at the Australian International Cider Show, is made under her brand Camilla’s Crush from the apples grown on her family’s hobby orchard in Red Hill, Victoria.
