Cinco De Sips

The Homestead Cinco De Sips (Margarita Crawl) is a unique networking and promotional event designed to showcase the beautiful model homes within the Homestead community while engaging with local real estate professionals, builders, and strategic partners. This fun and interactive event will feature a margarita-tasting competition, where strategic partners set up tasting stations and compete for the title of "Best Margarita in Homestead."

Sponsorship Opportunities:

We are offering paid sponsorship opportunities for partners who would like to Compete for bragging rights for the year and gain additional exposure. 

Sponsorship Package:

• House Sponsor ($250) – Logo on all event materials, social media shoutouts, they have the option to sponsor a gift card or basket for drawing.

Members Competition:

We are running a contest to any WCR member who brings the most guests out to the party. (Doesn't have to be agents it can be friends and family!)
