Our Full Moon Circles are intimate gatherings in Redfern for women who want a moment away from the busyness, roles and pace of everyday life — to reconnect with their body, inner knowing and other women.
Every circle opens with a grounding tea ceremony.
Each circle is different, shaped by the season, the moon and what feels present in the room. You may experience gentle ritual, reflection, embodiment, meditation, sharing, sound, movement or simply space to pause and breathe.
No experience is needed. You do not need to be "spiritual," know what to say, or arrive in any particular state. Come exactly as you are.

Full Moon Circle for Women: Your Hosts
Elisa Choy
For twenty years, Elisa read data, economics and AI for a living — advising leaders, building companies, predicting what came next. Then life handed her a shift no spreadsheet could model, and she had to learn to trust something slower and deeper than logic.

Karina Kallio
Karina brings a deeply nurturing presence to the circle. Once a fashion and textile designer, she now creates spaces for healing and connection, weaving warmth, renewal and care through her work. A Fire Dragon and mother, Karina listens with her heart and tends the invisible threads between us — supporting how we live, relate and come home to ourselves.
Together
Together, Elisa and Karina create a harmonious balance of energy, care and connection.
Elisa brings the spark — ideas, intuition and flow. Karina is the steady presence Elisa affectionately calls "the rock": grounding the space through her calm warmth and nourishing tea ceremony.
Their different energies complement one another beautifully, creating circles that feel both expansive and held. Women often leave rested, refreshed and more connected — to themselves and to each other.
