Group Breathwork Session

@ The Haven - Morpeth

This is Rebirthing style Breathwork. Expand your consciousness and experience yourself and the world through Conscious Connected Breathing. How can you make yourself anew? 

A gentle, powerful and healing process for individuals to journey using their own breath held in a safe and intentional space. 

This session creates an opportunity for you to explore and bring awareness to your inner world, shift and change what isn't working for you, to make space for the new to enter.

Consciously connecting your breathing allows you to bypass the conscious mind and access your subconscious cellular memory. The aim for these sessions, with practice, is to relax into your connected breathing rhythm, which changes your busy beta brain wave state into  an alpha/theta wave. This is our between worlds place.. we are conscious yet in an altered  state of awareness. This is where our heart and mind find balance and come into coherence.

Being guided and supported to venture through the unknown to arrive safely on the other side. 


Breathwork can benefit people in various ways, such as:

- reducing stress, tension and overwhelm from everyday life

- clear past unprocessed emotions and experiences you maybe re-living or feeling stuck in 

- change limiting beliefs, repetitive negative thoughts and unhelpful habits

- shift your mindset and become aware of how your thoughts are creating your reality 

- find clarity to create life from a place of 'knowing' that is within us all - connect with your intuition

- raise energy levels - your vibration and frequency

- increase self love, awareness and connect deeper to the world around you

- release held trauma, generational patterns and heal ancestral lines

Getting clear on Breathwork and how to consciously connect your breathing

Understanding how to breathe with intention to best guide yourself through your journey 

Time for a full cycle of conscious connected breathing - induction, processing and integration

Space to  journal and inward contemplation at the end for you to leave feeling complete and ready to step back into life again. 


This work can go deep and have profound effects on the body and mind.

Recent Surgeries
Recent Physical Injuries
Recent Infectious/Communicable Diseases

Please contact me prior to the event if you have any questions or concerns. Breathing in a group setting means you will be following your own process and I will be checking in with you from time to time, supporting you as you move through anything that has come up for you.
