These events are an opportunity to pause, connect and gently return to the joy that can exist right here in the middle of real life.

This will be a warm, welcoming space with guided reflection and simple practices, to help you connect back to your joy and the aliveness and relief that can bring.

No awkward icebreakers or forced fun, simply a circle of humans choosing to make space for presence, curiosity, lightness and connection.

Because joy isn’t about avoiding the hard things.

It’s about remembering that even amongst them, we can still feel moments of beauty, aliveness and belonging.
