Circle of Security: Fall 2026
Description
Your child is learning how to manage their emotions, build relationships, and explore the world. Supporting your child through these developmental stages can increase their self-esteem, build their confidence in relationships, and help them learn interdependence.
Circle of Security is a FREE program for parents and caregivers who want to deepen their connection with their children by better understanding their child’s behavior, reactions, and needs.
Registration is for all 8 weeks of the course.
Join us for this 8-week session where you will:
Get tools to understand your child’s emotional needs
Gain skills to support your child in managing their emotions
Learn about the patterns and importance of emotional security
Support the development of your child’s self-esteem
Become more skillful in noticing and managing your own emotions and reactions
Connect with other parents in a nonjudgmental, low-pressure space
Childminding for children aged 1-11, bus tickets, a warm meal, and free parking are available at every session.
Registration is for all 8 weeks of the course. Sessions will be held in-person at Ode'imin (603 St. Mary's Rd) the following Wednesdays from 4:30 pm-6:30pm:
