Join a nourishing and heartfelt gathering designed to support emotional well-being through the practice of women’s MAHA circles. Women have been gathering in sacred circles for centuries. Rooted in ancient tradition, these spaces offer support, reflection, and shared wisdom.
MAHA stands for Movement, Art, and Heart by Ale (Centre’s Yoga Teacher).
Each circle is thoughtfully curated to create a calm, safe space where community and connection flourish.
