A bit more about our presenters

Irma Del Valle Nachon works at the intersection of circularity, regenerative design and material innovation. Connecting design, research and strategy, she challenges conventional approaches to resources and the built environment, exploring how circular thinking can shape more environmentally responsible, socially meaningful and resource-conscious approaches to architecture.

Damien Collins is a builder, entrepreneur and sustainability advocate with more than 30 years’ experience across the Australian and UK construction industries. Founder of Never Stop Group and a portfolio of six complementary businesses, he champions quality, innovation and practical sustainability, including Recycle All, his construction recycling and resource recovery initiative.

Jesse Judd, Director, ARM

Well known for his bold and purposeful designs, Jesse has practised architecture for more than 20 years, playing design, delivery and executive leadership roles on some of ARM’s highest profile and most publicly accountable projects.

Jamie Shaw, Group Sustainability Director for Karndean Designflooring, has 25 years’ experience in the sustainability profession. Experiences include industry firsts for circular aluminium and carbon fibre material solutions, embedding sustainability in the design process, and generating £ millions in new revenue streams through a purpose driven sustainability approach. In addition to his role with Karndean Jamie is also a tutor for the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership on sustainable supply chains.
