Join us on Friday 26 March at 9.00 am for our series, Circular Economy (CE) Startup Meetups - where we hear from entrepreneurs/ expert speakers on a range of Circular Economy topics and projects!
This week we have the amazing expert speaker John Gertsakis, an Adjunt Professor from Institute of Sustainable Futures, UTS. He will be sharing his experience in the circular economy policy arena and upcoming programs and initiatives at the Product Stewardship Centre of Excellence.
John has an extensive knowledge and experience in circular economy and product stewardship, particularly on electronic products. He is also the director and co-founder of Ewaste Watch Institute, an Honorary Fellow of the Design Institute of Australia and served as the Executive Director of Product Stewardship Australia from 2006 to 2011.
Together with the Australian Industry Group and Cox Inall Communications, The Institute of Sustainable Futures, UTS are cohosting the new Product Stewardship Centre of Excellence that supports both existing and new product stewardship schemes.
