CIRCUS FLEX
Get flexy the circus way in the historic Gymnasium at the Arts Centre! Stretch through hump-day and unleash your inner bendiness with exercises loved by circus practitioners worldwide. Utilising both passive and active flexibility techniques, improve your backbends, splits and general mobility as well as learning bendy skills such as bridges and elbow/chest stands. Circus Flex is open to all levels of fitness and abilities, from complete beginners to more advanced bendy beans; anyone wanting to develop their core strength and mobility in a fun and supportive space. These sessions will be led by circus artist, aerial instructor, and ex-gymnast: Tyla Boyce.
