      Tuesdays 30th April - 2nd July inclusive (10 weeks) 6:45pm – 8:45pm Trainer: Sarah Fitzgerald Mixed Apparatus: Silks, Lyra, Trapeze For beginners and those who are interested in revisiting the fundamentals. This 10-week block will cover basic skills for aerial silks, lyra and trapeze, including beginner tricks, climbing, inversions, correct technique and building strength and flexibility. Pre-reqs: No pre-reqs. For aerialists with limited experience or for those returning after a break who want to revisit beginner skills. Examples of skills taught include French and Russian climb, straddling over from the crash mat and in the air, footlock, hiplock, and skills and sequences in the knot. On trapeze, we’ll cover coming to sit and stand with good technique, and skills like crescent moon, birds nest, gazelle and mermaid.
