Calling all newbies and those itching to brush up on the basics! This class covers the fundamentals of both aerials and adagio: aerials for the first five weeks, then adagio for the final four. Swing, soar and flip through the basics of aerial silks, lyra and trapeze – learning beginner tricks, how to climb and how to go upside down with proper technique – then switch to adagio, also known as the fine art of standing on our friends, with partner and group acrobatics in a safe, supportive and fun environment. A great way to build strength and flexibility!

Book the whole term for $198, or book just the aerials weeks ($140) or just the adagio weeks ($96).
