Event description

What are councils doing about climate change?

Join us to hear from Councillor Penny Pedersen (Chair of City of Ryde's Renewable Energy Advisory Committee and Vice President of Northern Regional Organisation of Councils) about how the City of Ryde and other Sydney councils are addressing climate change.

As places are limited, book now to avoid disappointment.

Grab some snacks, bring a drink, invite your friends and family!

This free event is proudly hosted by Citizens' Climate Bennelong: a not-for-profit, non-partisan, grassroots organisation focused on accelerating climate action through democracy. We're a growing group of everyday locals in the Ryde-Epping-Parramatta area, working together to advocate for fair, effective, and sustainable climate change solutions.

Donations can be made to Citizens' Climate Lobby Australia's Climate Solutions Fund when reserving your free ticket to this event - donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
