Start your journey with a detoxifying Infrared Sauna, perfect for melting away stress and boosting your overall wellness. 

Then, float your cares away in a soothing magnesium-filled Float Therapy session, leaving you feeling completely refreshed.

It's the perfect way to take some much-needed "me time" and emerge feeling re-energised!

We will all then head up to Coconut Coffee House for a mingle and bite to eat.
