City of South Perth ADHD Information Session

ADHD WA has partnered with the City of South Perth to provide an ADHD Information session for parents/carers of children with ADHD. ADHD WA's Neuropsychologist Dr Cayla Bellagarda will provide a 1 1/2 hour presentation covering the topics of:

• ADHD symptoms, strengths, challenges, and diagnostic criteria
• ADHD in the brain, and how this is related to ADHD challenges from a neuropsychological perspective
• Understanding executive functioning and emotional regulation
• Focus on helping our kids do well, and what kinds of things might get in their way
• Examples ADHD tools, strategies and accommodations for home and school

This will be followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.
