See Vincent’s vibrant community and rich history come to life on the big screen.
Join us at The Backlot Perth for a screening of eight short films created through the City of Vincent Film Project. These films shine a light on the people, places and moments that make Vincent such a vibrant community.
Delivered in partnership with Perth Revelation Film Festival, the City of Vincent Film Project is the only initiative of its kind in Australia. It supports emerging filmmakers through grants and mentorship to create short, non-fiction films that share authentic Vincent stories.
The project celebrates personal and historical stories, encourages creative storytelling and provides local filmmakers with a platform to share their work with the community.

Luna Starring (2024), Producer: Ailish Beahan, Director: Caitlin Kirk (both share writing credits)
Persia's Pantry (2019), Producer: Daniel Njegich, Director: Daniel Pitcher - Viewer discretion is advised: a section of the following film contains a personal account of mistreatment during imprisonment.

Any attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Light catering will be provided from doors open and can be brought into the screening
