Citywide Listening- IN PERSON Small Group Leader training

The Sydney Alliance is embarking on an ambitious project- the Citywide Listening Project. We will be holding listening meetings (table talks) within our partner organisations to strengthen our relational power and share our stories. 

This IN PERSON training is for (first-time and experienced) small group leaders who will be helping to run these meetings. The IN PERSON training is a deeper, more thorough training opportunity.

In this training, you will get insights into the overall strategy of this project, a deep dive into the roles and responsibilities of a small group leader, and further training on storytelling (for yourself and how to elevate stories from your leaders).
