Civic’s IEA program is built around each person’s strengths, goals and interests - providing tailored support, job coaching and ongoing guidance to help create meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes.

In this session, we’ll cover:

• How IEA supports people to build confidence and employment skills

• The role of job coaches and personalised support

• How Civic partners with employers to create inclusive workplaces

• What ongoing support looks like once participants are in work

Whether you’re a participant, family member, support coordinator, or service provider, this session will help you better understand how IEA can support pathways to work.
