Thank you for registering for New Student Orientation - Fall/September 2025, at the Civic Plaza Campus.

An email will be sent to you with your e-ticket and addition event information. If you did not receive one, please make sure the email you have submitted is correct. Feel free to email us at orientation@kpu.ca if you have any questions or need us to resend you the e-ticket.

How to cancel/edit your ticket:

In the case you accidently provided the wrong info and would like to edit/cancel your ticket...

- Click on "Contact Host" on the Event page

- On the dropdown menu, select "I want to cancel my ticket" or "Update information on the ticket/order"

- Enter your name, email, order number and message in the fields and we will make the changes
