CIW’s 15th Anniversary & New Exhibition Celebration

Join Australian Centre on China in the World (CIW) Director, Professor Ben Hillman, in celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Centre and its latest exhibition, Scenes from the Collection.

Founded in 2010 to promote multi-disciplinary scholarship, CIW sponsors cross-campus, national and international research collaborations and education programs that promote greater understanding of the Chinese world — the People's Republic of China, Taiwan, and the Chinese diaspora. 

Scenes from the Collection reflects on the Centre’s anniversary through a selection of rarely displayed paintings, prints, and photographic works from the art collections of CIW and ANU. Artists include Gilbert Bel-Bachir, Graham Kuo, Lien Hui-Ling, Stanley O. Gregory, Zhang Peili, Jörg Schmeisser, Guan Wei, Mung Fei Wong, Tan Yifeng, and John Young.
