Circle Jawn Singers November 19th Meetup (Circle Singing "For Good" Fundraiser)

ABOUT CIRCLE JAWN SINGERS:

If you love music, improv, and expanding the horizons of what your voice can create in community, Circle Jawn Singers (@circlejawnsingers) is the group for you!


Our mission is to GET PHILLY SINGING through circle singing (spontaneous choral experiences as popularized by vocal music legend Bobby McFerrin), vocal improvisation games, and a cappella jams.

It's just like "Whose Line is it Anyway?", but for musical dorks!

No experience? No problem! This gathering is for singers of ALL skill levels- we’d love to have you join us! Just bring yourself, your voice, and your favorite water bottle and get ready to SING!

THIS MONTH'S GATHERING:

For our November Circle Singing meetup, we will be raising funds to benefit Philabundance, one of Philadelphia's largest nonprofit food banks, during this time of increased food insecurity and in advance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Join us in ThankSinging on Wednesday November 19th 2025 (aka Wicked: For Good premiere eve) from 7:30-9PM at Mishana Yoga in the East Falls area of the city.

We hope this month's gathering serves as another way to use our collective voices "For Good" and raise funds for those most in need right now.

In the words of the kind and courageous heroine Elphaba Thropp: “Together we’re unlimited”

So “Think of what we could do- Together”, and come through this month for community connection and spontaneous song "For Good".

If you must purchase day of using cash, you can link up with Gio (she'll be the one wearing red!) before the singing starts. We'll also have the QR code for this event handy for you on site.

Parking in the lot and garage outside Mishana is FREE and plentiful! When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) Mishana studio is inside The Preston on the bottom floor. Make sure you are registering with your current email address to receive the arrival instructions, which will be sent by email. (Search your email or check your spam folder if you don't see it!)
